Nyikwa Alee CBO is committed to environmental conservation through grassroots action. Our Environmental Conservation program mobilizes community members to protect natural ecosystems, plant indigenous trees, safeguard wetlands, and promote biodiversity across Kisumu County. By restoring degraded landscapes and fostering sustainable land use, we aim to build a healthier environment that supports livelihoods and ecological balance for generations to come.
Objectives
Increase tree cover through community-led tree planting drives
Protect and restore wetlands and riparian ecosystems
